The club would like to thank fans in advance for their support of the team throughout the Challenge Cup so far and ahead of the upcoming semi-final.

With busy periods expected during the ticket sale period, we would like to ask supporters for their patience and understanding during this time.

We understand that some supporters enjoy the atmosphere of queuing for tickets, but this is completely at their discretion.

The club would remind supporters that in previous years tickets have not sold out in the early stages of going on sale and therefore a need to queue is unlikely.

In previous years, a small minority of supporters have threatened to spoil to the Challenge Cup experience for fans and staff alike.

This included foul and abusive language, aggressive behavior towards staff and volunteers, violent and abusive social media use and the KCOM Stadium facilities littered and vandalised.

In 2017, the club also provided portable toilets for supporters who had chosen to queue, but these were vandalised and damaged beyond repair.

Please be mindful that many of our dedicated and hardworking staff from various departments across the club will be giving up their time-off to help ensure our members and supporters can get their hands on tickets for the big game.

We would politely ask that you give them your utmost respect over the coming days and ensure we can all enjoy the atmosphere of the Challenge Cup build-up together.
