Shaul Set For Comeback

Lee Radford welcomes Jamie Shaul, Danny Washbrook and Jordan Thompson back to his 19-man squad.

After spending almost two months on the sidelines through concussion, fullback Jamie Shaul is set to make his comeback against Warrington Wolves on Saturday (3:00pm kick-off).

The 26-year-old has been named in Lee Radford’s 19-man squad for Saturday’s trip to Warrington, along with utility man Danny Washbrook, who has recovered from a calf strain, and Jordan Thompson.

However, Gareth Ellis will miss this weekend’s game after sustaining a knee injury in last Friday’s Challenge Cup tie with Castleford Tigers.

Jack Logan also picked up an elbow injury against the Tigers last time out, whilst Cameron Scott is omitted from Radford’s 19-man squad.

Despite featuring for Hull FC Reserves last week, Josh Bowden must still wait for his return to action in Super League with the Black & Whites. The prop suffered an ACL injury last year and he is waiting in the wings patiently until he is 100% fit.

Carlos Tuimavave (hamstring), Jordan Lane (knee), Andre Savelio (ankle), Jack Sanderson (shoulder) and Charlie Patterson-Lund (knee) remain sidelined.

The 19-man squad to face Warrington is as follows:

1. Jamie Shaul
2. Bureta Faraimo
4. Josh Griffin
6. Albert Kelly
7. Marc Sneyd
8. Scott Taylor
9. Danny Houghton
11. Dean Hadley
12. Mark Minichiello
13. Joe Westerman

14. Jake Connor
15. Chris Green
16. Jordan Thompson
19. Masi Matongo
20. Brad Fash
21. Sika Manu
23. Mickey Paea
30. Danny Washbrook
33. Ratu Naulago
