Want the opportunity to train with current and ex-Hull FC players? The Hull FC Community Foundation’s Back Onside programme allows you to do just that, with sessions starting next week!
Want to get back into regular exercise after the Christmas period or after a while out of action? The sessions will allows you to build your strength, stamina and fitness with other like-minded men who are hoping to get back into a fitness routine.
Current players from the Black & Whites squad will be in attendance each week to train alongside and provide tips and advice, with sessions run by former player and now Batley-forward Jack Downs.
“Our foundation is well-placed to deliver key messages to our local community about physical activity and health, providing support networks to men of all ages and backgrounds. I’m delighted that Jack Downs will also be our Back Onside ambassador, the activities promise to be fun and interesting, and will make a big difference. I hope that lots of our supporters get involved in this great project.”James Price - Head of Hull FC Foundation
The programme, funded by the National Lottery, takes place every Tuesday evening from the 8th January at 6pm at the club’s Bonus Youth Performance Centre, and runs for 10 weeks.
The Hull FC Community Foundation are running the project in partnership with Sport England, Rugby League Cares and Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust.
