Hull FC’s successful fitness programme ‘Fit4FC’ is back for 2018, with the first block of training starting on Tuesday 9th January!
Originally launched back in 2013, Fit4FC was the health and fitness training programme to be introduced by a Super League club, and makes its long-awaited return next week.
Run by the Hull FC Foundation’s dedicated team, the programme focuses on four key principles – Fitness, Fun, Health and Nutrition – and are designed to help you achieve your goals.
The programme, which is funded in partnership with Hull Clinical Commissioning Group, Public Health Hull and Awards For All, lasts for 10 weeks. The courses are delivered three times per year with the first block starting next Tuesday.
Courses and sessions are designed specifically around each individual to ensure they remain fun throughout and they are the perfect programme to achieve whatever your personal goals and targets may be.
There will also be a close mentoring scheme to help you through not only the sessions, but days away from training, as well as the psychological effects of fitness training, plus nutrition advice and diet programmes.
One option for Black and Whites supporters looking to take advantage of the Fit4FC experts is to take part in the club’s circuit training sessions.
Fit4FC is open to everyone with group and individual sessions available to suit your specific needs.
Utilising experienced health trainers and coaches, Fit4FC provides fun and friendly sessions from the club’s Bonus Youth Performance & Community Centre.
