Why I can't see the TV player? I get an error message about Adobe Flash. What does this mean?
The HullFC.TV player uses Adobe Flash Technology to bring you your TV programmes on demand. Without Flash installed, you will not be able to watch HullFC.TV.

What platforms can I watch HullFC.TV on? What are the recommended system requirements?
HullFC.TV has been designed with all platforms in mind but some systems may perform better than others in some cases. Our recommended minimum system specification is:

HullFC.TV does not give the option to download its television programmes but does offer completely FREE access for streaming 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
When viewing programmes in fullscreen the video is very stuttered. Why is this?
Fullscreen playback performance can vary between different platforms and setups. For ideal performance we recommend using a recent or high-end graphics card with hardware acceleration.
I am not on broadband. Can I still watch HullFC.TV?
Although it is possible to watch HullFC.TV on dialup speed internet it is far from ideal. We strongly recommend a minimum of a 512kbps connection. Users UK wide can easily watch HullFC.TV on HULL FC MOBILE BROADBAND (subject to usage quota).
