Tickets…

First and foremost, you want to know how much tickets are and where to sit, right? No problem!

Bringing the family? You’re in for a treat! Find out everything you need to know about our brilliant value family ticket and a host of great activities on offer - click here

We advise getting your tickets in advance to avoid busy periods. After all, it’s cheaper to buy early so you can save!

However, if you leave it late, don’t worry, you can buy on the day from the automated ticket kiosks at the customer service centre and our ticket kiosk opposite the West Stand.

On your way to the ground…

If you fancy dinner before the game, why not head to St. Stephen’s Shopping Centre?

To make your ticket money go even further, we’ve laid on some special discounts with our friends at St. Stephen’s as part of your Hull FC experience.

Just show your ticket to get special offers at places like Handmade Burger, Burger King and El Taco Loco amongst others.

Pint with the gang? There are a number of popular and fan friendly pubs and bars in close vicinity to the KCOM Stadium, whilst food and drinks are also available on the concourse.

Parking…

If you’re the designated driver, supporter parking is available on Walton Street car park adjacent to the stadium for £5 per vehicle.

For a cheaper alternative, fans can also park at St. Stephen’s Shopping Centre on match nights for just £1, which is just a short 10-minute walk from the stadium via Londesbrough Street and the stadium footpaths.

Club Shop….

If you’re serious about joining the Black and White Army, you need to look the part!

It’s always worth a visit to the club shop on match day to check out our latest offers, including replica shirts or even just the customary scarf, hat or flag!

Turnstiles…

The countdown to kick off is on the excitement is building! Not long now!

The turnstiles open an hour before kick off so you can get into the ground early and find your seats.

Toilets are also available on the concourses.

Your tickets will include the relevant turnstile number that you can enter through and stewards will be on hand to guide you to your seats.

Food and drinks…

Pie and pint? It’s almost a pre-requisite of your pre-match preparations!

But don’t worry, if that doesn’t take your fancy, there is plenty more to choose from!

Staff will be ready and waiting immediately if you want to buy food and drink, with hot and cold food, snacks and various drinks available.

Special offers are available at different games, as well as local products such as Hull Pies - look at for our different unique flavours every week!

After the match…

Whilst we know you’ll be enjoying all the action, unfortunately your visit inevitably must come to an end.

After what we hope will be a big win for the Black and Whites, the match usually finishes around 9:45pm on Friday evenings and 4:45pm on weekend afternoons.

As with all stadium venues, traffic can often be busy when leaving the stadium so we ask you for your patience and to follow the directions being provided by car park stewards.
