Do you want to lose weight, improve your fitness and meet your exercise goals in a fun and professional environment? Give FIT4FC’s circuit training a try tomorrow!
The first personal training programme to be launched by a Super League club, FIT4FC is open to people of all fitness levels and is run by former Hull half back Anthony Thackeray, now plying his trade at Dewsbury.
Fitness circuit sessions are held twice a week at the Bonus Youth Performance and Community on Pickering Road every Tuesday evening from 6.15pm and Saturday morning from 9am.
